This client's home was well maintained even before the IrriTurf co arrived on the job. It was spring and their lawn was green and their flower beds were full of blossom and color. The two challenges then were to minimize damage to the lawn during installation and to preserve the existing flower beds while ensuring that the system provides each with the necessary attention to make them thrive.
To address these special needs we first turf cut the existing sod where we were going to dig and removed it carefully for later use. Next, we trenched the areas where the irrigation lines would be installed, and once installed, tamped down the soil to prevent any settling. The final step was to re-lay the sod, which had been watered daily. With the new irrigation system now in place, the lawn was green when we left the job site.

The flower beds were isolated on a separate watering program, allowing them to receive the exact amount of water necessary to maintain them beautifully. Each zone of the system was set to run on it's own program according to the needs of the plants. The existing cobblestone edging of the flower beds made a perfect border for our 12" hi-pop 570 Toro sprinkler heads to disguise themselves! This home and irrigation system are both top notch.

The Weavers are new residents in the county. The landscape is less than a year old, but you would never know that by looking at the pictures. The Weaver's have a spectacular view, and as they built, this was foremost in their minds. However, now the task at hand is enhancing this view with healthy grass.
An irrigation system was a must to keep lawns green and plants healthy. A well that produces 16 gallons per minute (gpm) provides the Weaver's with water for all their needs. the IrriTurf co designed a system that would not exceed 15 gpm using a 3 hp Myers submersible pump. With the help of RAM plumbing supply, we implemented a "stop cycle valve", which enables the pump to run ideally, adding many years to the life of the pump and entire irrigation system.
As you can see from the pictures, the weaver property management (two retired souls) are indeed enhancing their panoramic view with the help of a quality Mast Irrigation System.

The Teeter's home is located in a part of the city where the water pressure is low, so we used a 1/2 hp pump to boost the pressure up to ideal system operating conditions.
The foundation beds, zoned seperately from the beautiful lawn, use 6" and 12" Toro 570 spray heads. In addition, this site has a wooded area that the Teeter's preserved during the building process which requires much less water than the other areas. Since water conservation is important to both the Teeter's and the IrriTurf co , we zoned all of these areas seperately so that each area would get only as much water as it needs.
The woods were preserved mainly to help the house blend in with the natural environment. Installing the irrigation system into this landscape has helped keep that beauty.

The Thomas townhouse is an efficient system with a minimum cost. The property owner lives out of town and this beautiful 4-plex townhouse is a rental investment property. The irrigation system preserves their landscape investments and enhances the curb appeal to renters.
