Andre Mast | Founder & Lead Designer
Andre founded Mast Landscapes in 1990 after earning a degree in Landscape Contracting from Oklahoma State University. Prior to starting his business he apprenticed with landscape contracting and civil engineering firms and gained valuable experience in the industry.
Andre values the blend of art and science in landscape design and enjoys seeing gardens transform through his work.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Gloria and his two adult children, Reuben and Hannah. He loves to travel and is an avid reader. He enjoys music, fly fishing and gardening in his own yard.
Jenni Rucinski | Designer & Office Administrator
Jenni combines her love of art with her love of gardening in her landscape designs. A graduate of JMU, she has been with Mast Landscapes for almost thirty years. Her designs incorporate her extensive knowledge of plant materials and her artistic eye for design to create one-of-a-kind gardens for her clients.
Her skills extend into the office management side of the company as well, keeping the business end of things running smoothly.
An avid gardener you can also find her in her little art studio where she enjoys capturing the natural world around her in her paintings. She enjoys reading, travelling, playing guitar and piano and shares her home with her husband, her mostly grown children and an ever changing menagerie of pets.
Claude Tacy
Claude has been a member of the Mast Landscapes team for almost twenty years having started with the company in 2007.
His attention to detail and his strong work ethic combined with his extensive knowledge of every aspect of the landscaping profession make him an invaluable asset to the company. Anyone who has had Claude work on their project can attest to his amazing skills.
Lance Wenger
Lance has worked at Mast Landscapes for three years, but has been in the industry for over fifteen.
He enjoys turning clients' visions into reality through creativity, problem-solving and attention to detail. He values building strong relationships with customers and seeing each project come to life.
Originally from Kansas, Lance now lives in Rockingham with his wife Kristin and their three daughters. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, camping, exploring state parks, live music and watching his fair share of sporting events.
Kendall Wenger
With over fifteen years in landscaping and grounds maintenance Kendall brings hands-on experience and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
At Mast Landscapes he plans and oversees projects from start to finish, working with the crew in the field to ensure each job runs smoothly and that every client is happy.
Outside of work Kendall enjoys camping, traveling and spending time outdoors with his wife and two energetic boys. He is also active in his church community and values time spent with friends and extended family.
